This punchy and intriguing track explores the
idea of becoming ‘invisible’, so, that one can
observe daunting scenes ‘unheard’, ‘unseen’.
The concept came about after the bands lead singer, Lucy
Murray, wondered what it would be like to secretly walk
through places that had always intimidated her. Without
the barrier of fear, she wondered, if she might feel free?
Towards the end of the song, she sheds light on the
contradiction of; desiring to be invisible and fearless, yet
disliking the idea of being a ‘bystander’ and ‘inanimate’.

Sleeping peacefully they lay
But her mind’s a busy place
Invisibility sounds neat
Observe unheard, unseen

To walk around in a daunting scene
Fear replaced by intrigue
Up close with the deadly
Harry’s cloak set him free

She sits still in the dark treescapes
A bystander, inanimate
Invisibility’s just cold
She found her power in her mould
